Notice: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using Ozil Goal AI. By accessing our website at ozilgoal-ai.org or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our incorporated Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Responsible Use Policy.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Ozil Goal AI ("we," "us," or "our").

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use this service.
• Authority: If you are using the service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Service Availability: Generation queues and credit purchases may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or capacity interruptions.

2. Independent Fan Service and Trademark Disclaimers

Ozil Goal AI is an independent, non-official fan project created for creative entertainment and cultural celebration:

• No Official Affiliation: Ozil Goal AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Mesut Özil, Arsenal Football Club, PFC Ludogorets Razgrad, UEFA, TikTok, or CapCut.
• Descriptive / Nominative Use: All athlete names, team names, club identifiers, stadium locations, and competition marks mentioned on this website are used strictly for descriptive, historical, and nominative context.
• Synthetic Content: All video outputs produced through our service are newly synthesized artificial intelligence animations. We do not provide, host, rebroadcast, or distribute television broadcast recordings or official match footage.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To generate videos or purchase credit packs, you must authenticate through Google OAuth 2.0.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@ozilgoal-ai.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive generation behavior.

4. Your Uploads and Likeness Rights

When you upload a portrait photograph to our generator, you make the following binding representations:

1. Ownership and Consent: You either own the copyright to the uploaded photograph or have obtained explicit, informed, and verifiable consent from the individual depicted in the photo to use their likeness for this video synthesis.
2. Minors Strictly Prohibited: You must not upload photographs depicting children or minors under 18 years of age.
3. Limited Processing License: You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos. By submitting an image to the generation queue, you grant Ozil Goal AI, its hosting provider (Cloudflare), and its AI inference processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transient license strictly to host, resize, analyze, and process the image to generate your requested video output.
4. No Training On User Uploads: As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we do not use your private personal photographs to train public foundation models.

5. Generated Output and Commercial Rights

Subject to your payment of applicable fees and ongoing compliance with these Terms:

• Ownership of Output: You receive all rights, title, and interest held by us in the specific video output generated from your authorized input. You may freely download, distribute, broadcast, and post the output on personal, creative, or commercial social media channels (such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or X).
• Scope of Rights: We grant only those rights that we hold in the synthetic output. We do not and cannot grant rights to third-party trademarks, club logos, team crests, or public figures' publicity rights. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your use of the output does not infringe third-party rights or violate platform publishing guidelines.
• No Endorsement Claims: You must not represent or imply that the generated video is an official collaboration, authorized endorsement, or real-life match recording by any athlete, football club, or governing body.

6. Credit Packs, Pricing, and Payments

Our pricing model is straightforward, transparent, and pay-per-use:

• One-Time Purchases: Credit packs are one-time payments in USD processed securely through Stripe. We do not charge recurring monthly subscription fees.
• Non-Expiring Credits: Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your account balance until consumed.
• Generation Credit Costs:
  • Standard 720p: Costs 100 internal credits (equivalent to 1 video credit).
  • HD 1080p: Costs 200 internal credits (equivalent to 2 video credits).
• Automatic Failure Refunds: If a video generation task fails, is cancelled, or errors out due to server timeout or infrastructure interruption, the consumed credits are automatically restored to your account ledger.
• Cash Refunds: Monetary refunds for credit packs are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

7. Nature of Generative AI Outputs

Generative video models synthesize novel frames based on statistical motion guidance and visual features:

• Variability: AI generation results may vary in fine facial likeness, anatomical consistency, clothing movement, and ball physics.
• Styling Guidance: Prompts and style options (such as Keep My Own Clothes) act as algorithmic instructions to diffusion models rather than guarantees of pixel-perfect fidelity.
• Review Before Sharing: We strongly recommend inspecting your completed video in My Videos before publishing it publicly.

8. Data Storage and Media Lifecycle

• 7-Day Automated Deletion: In accordance with our privacy minimization principles, uploaded photos and generated video outputs are automatically purged from Cloudflare R2 storage 7 days after upload or creation.
• User-Initiated Deletion: You can delete any video and its source photo at any time prior to the 7-day mark via My Videos.
• Download Responsibility: You are solely responsible for downloading and archiving your completed videos to your local device before automatic deletion occurs. We do not provide permanent cold storage for user media.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Responsible Use

You agree not to use Ozil Goal AI to:

• Upload non-consensual, sexually explicit, pornographic, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Harass, bully, demean, or impersonate real individuals without their explicit authorization.
• Generate misleading synthetic media intended to deceive the public regarding news events or official sports results.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model weights, source code, or proprietary APIs.
• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or exploit generation endpoints in a manner that degrades service availability.

Violations of this section or our Responsible Use Policy will result in immediate termination of account access and forfeiture of unused credits without refund.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE, DOCUMENTATION, AND ALL GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR SUBJECTIVE EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OZIL GOAL AI, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, OR TECHNICAL PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO OZIL GOAL AI IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ozil Goal AI and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or relating to:

1. Your violation of these Terms or the Responsible Use Policy;
2. Your uploaded photographs, including any claim that your upload infringes copyright or publicity/privacy rights;
3. Your distribution, publication, or commercial use of generated video outputs.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, we will update the "updated_at" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the service following the publication of revised Terms signifies your binding acceptance of those changes.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally applicable international commercial legal principles, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
