Responsible Use Policy

Ozil Goal AI was created to bring football fans together to celebrate one of European football’s most artistic solo goals. We want every creator to have fun celebrating great football moments while ensuring our AI generation technology is used safely, ethically, and lawfully.

This Responsible Use Policy establishes mandatory guidelines for all users who access ozilgoal-ai.org or upload media to our generator.

1. Likeness and Consent First

We uphold a strict standard regarding personal likeness and privacy:

• Your Own Image: Upload a clear photograph of one adult person. The generator uses the Keep My Own Clothes preset.
• Third-Party Consent: If you upload a photograph of a friend, teammate, family member, or colleague, you must obtain their prior, explicit, and informed consent. Never surprise someone with an AI video if there is any chance they would feel uncomfortable with their likeness being animated.
• No Minors: Our service is strictly designed for adults aged 18 and older. Do not upload photographs of children or minors under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
• Public Figures and Endorsements: Do not upload photos of celebrities, professional athletes, politicians, or public figures to generate misleading endorsements, commercial promotions, or fake statements.
• Supported Subjects: Pets, mascots, and fictional character illustrations are not supported by this generator.

2. Prohibited Content

We maintain zero tolerance for harm, exploitation, and abuse. You may not upload, process, or attempt to generate content containing:

• Sexually Explicit Material: Nudity, pornography, erotic imagery, or sexually suggestive poses.
• Harassment and Bullying: Content intended to humiliate, intimidate, demean, defame, or mock individuals.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Imagery promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
• Violence and Self-Harm: Depictions of physical harm, gore, suicide, self-injury, weapons, or illegal activities.
• Deceptive Impersonation: Recreations engineered to impersonate officials, fabricate news events, or mislead the public regarding authentic historical events.

3. Automated Safety Moderation

To protect users and platform integrity, our generation pipeline deploys multi-tiered automated content moderation:

• Every uploaded photo is screened by automated vision safety checks before it reaches the rendering queue.
• Inputs flagged for explicit content, policy violations, or suspicious patterns will be automatically rejected.
• Deliberately circumventing safety rungs through altered images or repeated attempts will trigger permanent account suspension without refund.

4. Transparent Social Media Labeling

Generative AI should never be used to pollute the information ecosystem with deceptive media:

• Identify as AI Recreation: The video produced by our pipeline is a synthetic AI recreation, not official broadcast footage from UEFA or television networks.
• Use Platform AI Tags: When posting your video to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or X, enable the platform's native AI disclosure tag (such as TikTok's AI-generated content toggle or #AIGenerated).
• Audio and Music Rights: When adding soundtrack clips, trending songs, or commentary to your video on social media, ensure you comply with the hosting platform’s music licensing rules.

5. Review Before Sharing

Before publishing or sending your generated video to group chats:

1. Check Identity and Motion: Inspect the subject’s face, clothing transition, and movement. Ensure the result represents the individual respectfully.
2. Respect Personal Boundaries: If the subject asks you to delete or take down the video, honor their request immediately. You can permanently remove your video from our servers at any time in My Videos.

6. Reporting Violations and Takedown Requests

If you believe your photograph or personal likeness was uploaded to Ozil Goal AI without your consent, or if you encounter content that infringes your copyright or violates this policy:

1. Send an urgent notice to support@ozilgoal-ai.org.
2. Include the subject line: Takedown Request - [URL or Task Reference].
3. Provide evidence of identity or copyright ownership along with the relevant media link or description.

Our safety team treats non-consensual likeness reports with the highest priority and will promptly investigate, remove the associated assets from our storage, and ban the offending account.
